These Terms govern use of caitech.eu and caitech.ro and services provided by CAI Technology. For specific contracts (consulting, implementation, subscriptions), the contract terms prevail.
1. Parties
CAI Technology ("Provider", "we") — brand operated by CAI TECHNOLOGY S.R.L., Tax ID 50512457, registered office in Romania. The User ("you") — any person accessing the site or using our services.
2. Acceptance
Use of the site implies acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
3. Services offered
The site presents CAI Technology products & services — Leta, Bid365, Lexnomia, CAI-AUTH, AEGIS, IRIS, Notify Hub, RAG Custom Development, AI Consulting & Strategy. Specific contract details (price, scope, deliverables, timeline) agreed individually through dedicated contract (SOW, MSA).
4. Intellectual property
All site elements (text, design, logo, "CAI Technology" trademark, technical documentation, articles, public open-source code on GitHub) are the property of CAI Technology or licensed partners. Reproduction, distribution or modification without written agreement is prohibited, except:
- Quotation per fair use (with link to original source);
- Personal, non-commercial use without modification;
- Code published under open-source license — under that license's terms (MIT, Apache, etc.).
5. User conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the site for illegal purposes or to violate third-party rights;
- Access non-public areas (admin, backend) without authorization;
- Upload malicious content or run mass automation scripts;
- Use contact data for spam.
6. Limitation of liability
The site is provided "as-is" without implied warranties. For services contracted via separate contract, liability limits are set in the contract — typically capped at the contract value over the last 12 months. We are not liable for:
- Temporary site interruptions for technical reasons;
- User decisions made on the basis of published information (articles are informational, not individual advice);
- Third-party services (hosting, payments, messaging) when they meet their own published SLAs.
7. Warranties for contracted services
For contracted services (consulting, implementation, RAG custom, on-premise deployment of Leta/Bid365/Lexnomia), we offer:
- Performance warranty per SOW criteria;
- 12 months post-launch technical support (included in contract price);
- 99.5% uptime SLA for services with contracted uptime;
- Incident escalation procedure with guaranteed response time.
8. Payments and invoicing
For subscription or contracted services: payments via Stripe (EU processor) or bank transfer, against invoice issued by CAI TECHNOLOGY S.R.L.. Payment term: 14 days from invoice issuance unless otherwise agreed.
9. Changes to terms
We may modify these Terms periodically. Material changes notified by email 30 days in advance. Continued use after notification implies acceptance.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms governed by Romanian law. Disputes: amicable resolution attempted first; failing that, the competent courts at the registered office of CAI TECHNOLOGY S.R.L. (Bucharest, Romania).
