NCC-RO is Romania's coordination point within a network of 29 National Centres, part of an EU framework regulated and funded through the Digital Europe Programme.

In July 2024, the Authority for the Digitalization of Romania (ADR), through OIPSI, was officially designated as the National Coordination Centre in the field of Cybersecurity (NCC-RO).
The NCC-RO project has a total budget of €7.2M over 48 months, with a 50% EU co-funding rate, under Grant Agreement no. 101227737 within the Digital Europe Programme.
