How it works in 60 seconds

Go to ai-garden.caitech.eu, log in with CAI-AUTH (European post-quantum authentication), pick from the catalog the agent you want. No coding, no integration. Select Email Guardian (the first available agent), connect an account (Gmail, Microsoft, Yahoo, or internal IMAP), and it starts working.

What does it actually do? Reads new mail, classifies it (urgent, internal, marketing, invoice), drafts replies for items needing a response, identifies invoices with their payment deadlines, and learns from every correction you give it. With your approval, it sends automatically or waits for confirmation — your choice, per rule.

Why Demeter and not ChatGPT with plugins

Three differences that matter to a regulated company in Romania.

Your data stays in Romania. All attachments, processed mail, generated drafts, learning from your corrections — everything sits on encrypted S3 in Romania, in our own infrastructure. Not a single byte to AWS US, Google, or OpenAI. Encryption keys aren’t even accessible to us without your explicit consent. For lawyers, notaries, public institutions, and companies under NIS2 — the only honest option.

Multi-tenant with full per-user isolation. Each client gets their own watcher container and their own RAG memory zone, cryptographically separated. Two clients cannot influence each other’s results, even if they’re on the same physical infrastructure. gVisor sandboxes for every untrusted code execution.
